VPK Teacher

MSELC, a curriculum based preschool in Dunedin, Florida, is currently hiring a full-time VPK Teacher.  We provide a clean, educational, safe, nurturing, and fun environment serving children ages 2 years to 12 years.  Previous childcare experience in a licensed setting is required.  Eight hour work day.  Available from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm.   Must be familiar with VPK standards and VPK assessments. VPK teacher must plan and implement developmentally appropriate practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or higher (REQUIRED)
  • DCF 40 Clock Hours (REQUIRED)
  • Level II Background Screening (REQUIRED)
  • First Aid & CPR (Within 30 Days)
  • Literacy Training (REQUIRED)
  • CDA/EEC Degree (REQUIRED)
  • DEL Course Training (REQUIRED)
  • 1 year previous experience
  • VPK certified through DCF
  • Demonstrates knowledge of DAP (REQUIRED)

Bus Driver

MSELC, a curriculum based preschool in Dunedin, Florida, is currently hiring a Bus Driver.  This position is responsible for driving a 14 passenger Thomas Bus to and from designated elementary schools.  Responsibilities include:  recording daily attendance of students, recording pick up and drop off times, and keeping the bus clean.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or higher (REQUIRED)
  • DCF 40 Clock Hours (REQUIRED)
  • Level II Background Screening (REQUIRED)
  • First Aid & CPR (REQUIRED)
  • Literacy Training (Within 30 Days)
  • CDA/EEC Degree (Preferred)
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Health/Driving Physical (REQUIRED)
